The payment I made this morning isn’t showing for my WiFi services to be restored

My internet was suspended for nonpayment. I made a $218 payment directly through Xfinity about an hour ago. My bank shows the $218 transaction as pending and the money has been removed from my available balance, but the payment is not showing anywhere on my Xfinity account and my service has not been restored. I need you to locate the payment or manually verify it and restore my service please.

Good Morning, @user_lmdsw7! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your services not restoring on your end, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Typically, after a payment is processed it can take 1-2 hours for everything to fully restore with the services. Have you completed any troubleshooting steps with the modem? A full reboot of the device can typically help! Please let us know.
