The cost of my bill does not match the cost of my plan. How can I address this issue?

My bill for next month is showing up as $70 + tax whereas my plan is $50/mo + tax. There are no other charges, it is simply a different plan shown on the statement. How can I get this fixed to avoid paying the wrong amount?
