The bill is not prorated after billing cycle

I have changed plan on May 5 and the bill has not been prorated since April 29 billing cycle. I was told that the prorated bill will show up after the billing cycle May 29 by a live agent and he also tole me there is a $23.65 credit after the billing cycle on May 29. However the bill is showing the same amount since April 29.

@saslhj Its common for that, as the online balances/statements won't update once they're posted or generated. You can count on the order being backdated successfully, and seeing the changes/prorated charges on the following statement. The following statement after any changes will always show the credits for the service that was not used during the billing cycle, and the charges for the promotion moving forward. As long as you approved the changes and received a confirmation email, everything will post on the next statement after changes. If there is anything you see incorrect on the following statment let us know.
