@lkillian121 I can definitely understand the frustration, our team here can confirm if the ACP is on the account, and provide the steps to apply for ACP. However, if you have already followed all the steps from applying via the National Verifier side, making sure that the address and name match what is on your Xfinity account exactly, then complete the application on our Xfinity website with the application ID from the National Verifier website, you would need to contact our team that can further assist you with your application. You can reach them by calling 1-855-846-8376.
