The agent is cheating me into opening a phone line but still haven't received the gift card promised. Will file a complaint with the FCC!!!
The agent promised to give me the gift card when I opened the line. I followed up several times but still have not received the gift card. Additionally, the mobile started charging me fees even though I was told by the support it would be free for the first year. This is a total scam, and all the agents via chat keep pushing not resolving this issue. Please cancel the phone, refund me the money, and provide the gift card. I will file a complaint with the FCC and will tell everything about the Xfinity customer service scam.

I will report to the senator and congress office as well that Xfinity is such a scam business.
