Thanks to Customer Service my services were shut off and no one at Comcast wants to help me restore them.

I was involved in a really bad car accident and during that time I had a payment come back to Comcast and I didn’t kno until 10 days after . when I reached out to a representative at first she was very kind. She helped me put my services back on and allowed me to make a partial payment for the date that she put the arrangement for I went ahead made that partial payment as she said, and then she told me to reach out to her and and she would help me set up a further arrangement to make another payment so that I could replace the return payment. but she never returned my phone calls my emails. and every time I talk to someone else they told me they couldn’t help me set up an arrangement because I had broken the previous one, but when in fact, I did not break any arrangement. I had agreed-upon amount that I set up with an actual supervisor and she did tell me that she couldn’t put a partial payment extension in the system, and specifically told me not to worry that the arrangement was set up for the full past due because I was concerned as well .so with that being said I spoke to numerous people at Comcast who gave me multiple different explanations so and so forth and at this moment, my services have been hard disconnected. I am trying to see if I can make an arrangement to you know put a down payment to get my services back on. Nobody wants to help me. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years. Never had a situation in my whole time with Comcast happened like this I just don’t think it’s fair. I don’t understand how you guys can do this to your customers . I constantly get disconnected through chat and I’m always made to feel like I am the problem that I have done something wrong at this point maybe I should just cancel my services with Comcast and find someone else. It’s just very unfortunate how you guys handle things, especially when you created the problem I find it best to be part of the solution not the problem

See that’s the problem. I was never given an opportunity to set up an arrangement. Everybody just told me basically they’re not gonna help me so all I’m asking is for an arrangement to account so that I can have time to pay due to my unexpected circumstances

@Empm1029-  A payment arrangement must be put in place before your services are interrupted.  I have placed the link below for more in on making payment arrangements.  You also had the option to set up the payment arrangement online prior to the interruption.

You see that’s the problem I have been working tirelessly before the services were even interrupted to set up an arrangement and nobody wanted to help me. That’s what I’m trying to tell you and because Comcast dropped the ball and the person from the executive custom relations team who gave me her direct number didn’t bother to answer my phone calls or emails. I have spoken to multiple representatives and nobody wants to help me. I’m aware that I should’ve done this before my services were disconnected and I made every effort to do so I wanna file a complaint. You just proved my point that you guys don’t listen and really don’t wanna help customers like I said I wanna file a complaint

[Edited: Personal Information]You know to be honest I did everything I could and being proactive to avoid exactly what had happened and everything I did was on the advice of a Comcast executive customer relations supervisor and if no one is willing to help me then I will cancel my service and I want to file a complaint. I have been a longtime customer and this is completely unnecessary. I did everything to avoid this happening. I trusted what I was told by Comcast and I feel Comcast 2 take responsibility. I mean all I was asking was for a little bit of time to get payment because I was involved in a really serious car accident suffered injuries and also I’m currently dealing with a concussion
