Texts that say my account is past due

I keep getting texts from this 266278 number saying my account is past due but I know it isn't. I am sure this is a scam but before I block I want to be sure this is not actually from Xfinity. Can you confirm?

Hello, @RunnerChick69! I know I'd be wondering that too! The quickest way to confirm would be to log into your Xfinity account online or use the Xfinity app to check your account balance. You can also make a quick call to 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489), select prompt #2 for Billing and Payments, and follow the prompts to review your Xfinity account balance. And of course, our Digital Care Team would be happy to help review your billing details too. @XfinityThomasA​ Thanks! I did and it's fine and I knew it was, I could see it was charged on my credit card too, it's just annoying. Today I got one  saying  my service has been suspended for non payment and yet here I am with internet and TV. They are officially blocked :D
