Text from Xfinity number regarding debt collection

I'm getting a debt collection text on my phone saying I have an outstanding balance even though I have a $0 balance and no outstanding debt. It's from the 266278 number, so it looks like it's actually coming through Xfinity. Is this a scam, or is something messed up on the Xfinity end. I started getting these messages on 12/14. I haven't changed anything about my account in years and have no other accounts.

For anyone that may see this in the future... I DM'd "Xfinity Support" and they confirmed that the text messages were not sent from Xfinity (although I still find it odd that the official Xfinity text number was some how being spoofed).
