Texas service Winter storm Uri outage credit.

Hello, I lost internet service from 2/15 to 2/17. How can I get credit?

Hello, @nguyenb135 I an sorry to hear you were impacted by this crazy winter storm. I hope you and your loved ones stayed safe!

 

We are not issuing credits due to the power interruption at this time. 

 

For customers who are evacuated and/or unable to return to their homes for an extended period of time, they have the option to temporarily discount service but retain access to Xfinity services (via mobile apps).
