The fact that I get my Internet shut off this morning while working  because my late grandmother who passed away 5 years ago now, had an outstanding bill of 500 dollars from 2019 is unacceptable. 5 years later and Monday morning at 10 am seemed like a good time to just simply shut it off with no warning ??! Granted I explained and they turned it back on, I'm so frustrated with this I honestly can't even begin to express my disappointment from a billion dollar company I've been with my whole life. Will surely be the tipping point of me switching to Fidium I've heard nothing but good things and it's half the price
