Termination of Xfinity Wifi and returning rented devices
Hi team!
I’ve successfully terminated my Xfinity WiFi services this afternoon and switched to Now! internet. As part of the termination process, I received a link to return any rented Xfinity devices from the previous contract. I’ve reviewed the link and confirmed that there are no devices listed that I’m unaware of.
However, given the troubling stories about others being hit with unexpected charges due to issues in the return process, I wanted to double-check with you. Could you please confirm on your end that no devices are still associated with my account? I’d really appreciate your confirmation to avoid any surprises.
