Terminate Service

I filed a form over a week ago to terminate my Xfinity plan. I have moved and Xfinity isn't offered in my area. I have not heard anything, and now I have been charged for the month when I am not even using it. Xfinity has actually known that I moved weeks ago but it has been an endless process just to get them to cancel. I need some help cancelling the service, and to have a refund issued for this month.
