Term contract discount extension
I currently have a $62 “term contract discount” applied to my monthly bill. I can’t tell exactly when it expires but I think it’s possibly this month or next. Is there a way to extend the discount for longer?

@user_ge7cu3, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support! You should be able to see if your promotion is expiring by looking at your billing statement. There should be a notification on your bill letting you know that it will be ending, and you should also see that your monthly bill will be increasing. You can check out online promotions by going to Xfinity.com or by using the Xfinity app. If you would like assistance, just send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
