Technician Recovery Fee

Recently had a tech come out and fix my internet that kept going out all month. Turned out to be a bad splitter at my apartment complex from 2016, the senior technician assured me there should be no charge for the visit as the problem wasn’t my own fault. Upon checking my upcoming charges there is a $100 fee listed for technician recovery. Needs to be removed asap
