technician fee

Hello,

We have just noticed an extra $100 in our monthly bill. According to what we found out on the web, this seems to be the technician fee associated with a recent visit. However, we were not told that (neither at the xfinity branch where we arranged our appointment, nor by the agent who contacted us in the morning,  or the actual agent who visited us) we would be charged for this. Furthermore, our appointment was perfectly justified in that our Gb subscription never allows us to reach Gb/sec bandwidth even right next to our modem (this is still the case), not to mention it is >10x slower in the other rooms.

Given these, particularly the fact that we were not warned by none of the three agents we had interacted, please waive the $100 charge.

Thank you.
