Technician Charge when there was an outage

Hello- we had an outage in October.  Xfinity sent out a technician and did not tell us they would charge us $100.  When we saw it on our bill in November, we called and the agent said they would credit it back.  We still have not seen it, so I called today and the agent said it was denied.  I am very dissatisfied at the level of service, not to mention the number of outages we have experienced.  I would like the $100 credited back as soon as possible.  Thank you.  Kendra [Edited: "Personal Information"]
