Tech visit scam

What’s going on I had a tech come out to put internet into my home. The tech didn’t have the right equipment with him in the first place so I had to get another tech visit he said I wouldn’t be charged. I got charged for the 2nd visit and it’s coming up on my next payment I’m dissatisfied with your honesty. Called customer service they weren’t that friendly about it he had a tone with me the whole time said that they were pending my refund in a credit or prepaid card I want my refund in my original payment method im disappointed.

You've contacted the right place in regard to your billing concern, with us not being able to complete the installation of equipment on the first visit you shouldn't have been billed for the second. I can help get that charge reversed, and want to see if this will be updated before the next payment is due.
