Tech support - you make it impossible to pay bill!
I've been trying and tyrying to pay my bill for days now. For reasons I will NOT go into there, I cannot use your robotic method on the phone. I've been trying to pay online but keep getting 404 Bad Gateway. No human will answer any phone no matter what I say or do. Multiple times your Robot (phone0 has said they will connect me, then hans up. FOR DAYS!!! I am elderly and disabled - sometimes I cannot even use my phone (bars unreliable and so it will use WIFI) without the wifi.
As I said, this has been going on FOR DAYS and now I get a message that 30ish dollars are overdue and i may be cut off. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING??!! Please help me! How can I get someone to CALL me?? A robot will not do.
