i told the robot that i had a down cable wire that was hot in my yard and wham live agent. So thier robot is programmed to just basically waste your time excellent customer service. But will pick up for anything they could get sued for typical corporation. I do have hot wire in my yard from when they fixed it in the winter and never came back now my lawn guy has to dodge it every week.
