Take Fox News off my cable bill

Fox News costs the most of any channel on the internet and I want to reduce my cable bill by eliminating Fox News from my cable package.

The only way to eliminate it is to change to a TV package that doesn't include it. That will typically mean downgrading to Limited Basic or whatever it's called now, which is only local TV channels.

@andyross

Concern has nothing to do with home networking help.......................................

Concern moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_eca442 I understand that you are wanting to remove Fox News from your cable package and reduce your monthly bill. Fox News is included in your current video package and the only way to remove it is to downgrade.

Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address? I can review your video package options.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
