Switching address

I am moving into a different unit but within the same apartment complex... I would like to know if I am able to setup my internet there and just change my billing address? When I first got the modem I was able to set it up instantly. I want to do the same thing again and I am unable to get a hold of anyone for live agent

We just need to check the new unit to see if it is plug and play ready like your other unit was. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
