Switch to student plan

Hi,

I'm a graduate student and my bill is more than doubling this month from $30 to $74, so I would like to switch to one of the student discount plans since I can't afford to pay $74 while I'm still in school. Is there a way for me to switch? If not, I'll have to cancel service and figure something else out. Thanks!

Hi! Looking at the plans on that page, 500 Mbps for $45/month for 5 years would work for me. Is there a way I can switch to that?

@XfinityThomasA Yes, I've verified my student status, but when I go to the plan builder page, I don't see student pricing. All visible plans are $70 or higher.

clhung - Are you receiving an error message or error code when you try to verify your status? Once you enter your information and complete the verification process, you should be able to view all of the offers and deals available to you.

No error code on the verification itself, but I just tried to click the shop button after verifying again, I got an error page with this URL: https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=10.SALESCHANNELMANAGEMENT-7008

When I try to shop through the button on the verification confirmation email, there's no error page, but the prices aren't student pricing. Hopefully that helps!
