Suspended

I did make a payment arrangements for my past due balance and my internet was suspended after it told me it wouldnt be. I called in and they stated that they are experiencing technical difficulties and my account isnt suspended but it states that is suspended when I pull up my account.

From experience, I've seen it typically restores service within 30 minutes of the payment arrangement and can take up 2 hours usually on the long time frame. Working from home myself I understand the importance of having your home network up and running. When did you set up the payment arrangement?
