Suspended

My service was suspended. I'm already on an installment plan but need internet to work.I just started back to work.  Is there anyway to get a temporary plan until September 15th? Or are there any other options? I would think you would want to work with customers who are in a bind at the moment.

If I have to I'll disconnect my services and find another company bc I need my internet on. I just started back to work and won't get paid until the 15th. I can get another company and be up and running tomorrow and they'll bill me for everything on the 1st bill.  I have every service you offer and not that you care about one single customer but I pay almost $300 a month

If there is a past due balance on your account, our team is unable to assist in restoring services. I would recommend checking to see if you are eligible for a payment arrangement through the Xfinity Assistant.

@XfinityMartyR​  I can pay the bill in full on the 15th. That's not a problem. I just need to figure out how to either get it back on or if I need to go elsewhere. I have to work. If I cant work I cant pay the bill

TRFix Temporary Service Plans are available for eligible customers. In order to check if you qualify, you would need to check with the Xfinity Assistant while logged into your account. The following article will walk you through the steps on how to check if you're eligible.

@XfinityMartyR​ this is another problem. I am the account holder. The bot states I don't have the user role to ask about this.  However, when I go to set up the role it says the number I used is already assigned to me. Not sure how this can be when I'm the account holder and the only one who makes decisions in the account
