Suspended service

My service was suspended do to non payment however I have been a customer with no problem since 2019 and I tried to set a payment arrangement with a live agent before the date it was due however I needed a few more days past the time they were allowing not even a week I always pay my bill no matter what and I just need the extra time because I get paid every two weeks however they don’t want to help me please what can I do I’m already stressing after paying for my own mother funeral I just needed more time before they cut of my service what can I do so much money for just internet

We have some great options that you can set up using the Xfinity Assistant. This link shows How to Set Up a Payment Arrangement, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement. A Payment Arrangement will extend the time before your payment is due while still keeping your service active. Then this link is How to Set Up an Installment Plan, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due. An Installment Plan has you make a $50 payment up front and then breaks up the remaining past due balance over the next 12 months. Please let me know if you are able to get one of these options set up.
