Suspended service not restored

I made payment arrangement and service has not been restored. It’s been more than 2 hours. The modem is just blinking green

Thank you for posting on our community forums, user_te7nh3. I'm sorry to hear the service has not been restored. Have you tried restarting the modem to see if that helps?
