Surprising bill - price hikes

Why is my bill just shy of $100 MORE on top of the contract? Nothing was added. Nothing was changed. My contract is for $130 a month bundle for TV and internet. How is it $218.61? Very impossible to get connected to an agent no matter how many times you beg the robot when you call. Is Comcast monopolizing on internet and TV?
