Surprise $20 NOW TV charge

I signed up for Xfinity internet, but my billing statements include a $20 fee for NOW TV. I did not sign up for, request, or even discuss NOW TV with any sales representative when getting set up for internet. I also was not asked permission to add this service/charge let alone get notified about it. I had to look at the billing statements to find out and that has only been after a couple of billing cycles. I want this service/charge removed - and I expect my resulting monthly total to actually just be $20 less instead of some other bogus math like they remove a current discount or increase my rate because I'm not "bundling" thus resulting in the same if not higher monthly total. 

My plan on my account webpage notes that I have a Fast Xumo Stream Box, which I don't. I have the Wifi gateway. Meanwhile, my plan on the Xfinity app shows it correctly with my device as the Wifi Gateway. So something is clearly wrong and I will remain suspicious of foul play by Xfinity until they prove me otherwise.
