Supposed to recieve credit but sent to collections

Canceled service in August 2025. Was to recieve a credit after spending a half hour on the phone with Xfinity. Instead I'm notified today that the amount was put on my credit report as collections. Can someone please listen to the half hour phone call on August 20, 2025? This needs to be removed from my credit report.
