Hi — I’m an Xfinity Internet customer with 4 mobile lines and a smartwatch, and I want to upgrade two phones to iPhones today.
I have an iPhone 13 to trade in toward one of them. The other line only has an old Moto G Play, so I know that one probably needs financing rather than a trade-in deal.
What are the best current iPhone offers you can do across those two lines — and what’s the closest you can get both phones to free?
While we’re at it, my lines are still on the old plans (including By the Gig, which keeps causing overage charges). I want to move all four to the new plans — two on Mobile Plus for the upgrades, two on Mobile Select. Can you give me the total monthly cost with devices and all credits included?

Good evening, @user_ocmflx! Thanks for your interest in getting the 2 phones upgraded as well as your data plan. We have some awesome new options that include more for less money. You won't need to worry about going over anymore. You could use as much as you like. I will need to check your account to go over the options available and what the cost would look like. I see that you sent over a direct message so I will continue there.
