I’ve been a customer since 2017. My rates at the beginning were awesome. Today, my bill is $170 and i have a problem with it. I spent all of 5 hours with Xfinity and still have no resolve. I’m ready to cancel and go with a better carrier bc these prices are disgraceful along with the customer service and ability to speak to any manager!
