Support set up a payment arrangement for me, but my site is still saying I'll be shut off today.
I asked the live chat agent to send me a copy of the chat so I had proof, but they told me to just trust them. When I login it says

Your bill is past due and your service will be disconnected on June 13, 2026
Please pay at least $309.82 today. If you need more time, you can set up a payment arrangement. "
I been messaging support over the couple weeks, but was just told not to reach out in the messages again. So.
