Supervisor ticket and his word not complied

Supervisor Adam entered Ticket # [Edited: "Personal Information"] to set our account back to the way it was on the June 11 statement, which is the way it was =until it was changed on June 17 from -$102+$30 on 7/2 AutoPay date = -$72.00 "No Payment Due". I checked and, instead of changing the Autopay back to -$72.00, someone changed it instead to +$30.00. Upcoming charges shows only the $30.00 charge for Jul 15 - Aug 14 service on the August 2 Autopay date. It needs to be corrected back per Supervisor Adam's Ticket # [Edited: "Personal Information"] and per Adam's word to me.
