Supervisor PLEASE!!

I cancelled part of my services from xfinity, but they continued to bill me for several months.  I have called and chatted with xfinity, but can’t get them to take off charges!!  I received a text today saying they would discontinue my services if I didn’t pay right away.  Why won’t the listen to me?  I cancelled, they didn’t remove charges… I don’t owe the bill.  I have continued to pay my remaining services which I kept.  More than 25 years with Comcast and I can’t even get to a supervisor.  I am so frustrated!!
