Superfast plan 78% Increase in Monthly cost, from $50 to $89
My monthly bill for the Superfast plan went from $50/month (including a $10 credit for autopay), to $89/month. I don't know why the increase is so high.
What is the best cost/month that Xfinity can offer me? There are other ISPs available to me that offer 1000 Mbps for $80/month. I am considering moving to another ISP.

Hi there, thanks for posting in our community! Have you first checked which offers are available to you when you're logged into your account online? There can be online only offers that only customers have access to, no employee in any department does, we do have access to some and there may be a plan that fits your budget best there. Making the changes to a new plan online is super easy and quick! Please let me know if you found a plan that works for you best there first.
