Super escalation, wrong charge, agents lied and never fixed anything, going to file complaint with FCC FTC if not fix it within 48 hours
I contacted the agent twice, for over 3 hours, regarding the incorrect billing charge because suddenly, Xfinity billed me for something I never requested or received.
Furthermore, the broken system linked an old address to my account. Despite my efforts, I am unable to remove it, encountering errors each time - as if the software engineering team cannot write a single line of code properly.
Although the agent assured me multiple times that the incorrect charge and old address were removed, nothing had actually changed; it was all a lie. This wasted hours of my time.
The system is riddled with bugs, preventing me from accessing my billing information from my laptop, yet no one seems to care about resolving my account issues.
If the problem is not resolved within 48 hours, I will file a complaint with the FCC and FTC. Should that fail to bring about a resolution, I will take legal action!
I have always been a loyal customer to every service, but I have reached my limit!

FYI, whoever sees this post, the extra charge came up on my bill again! Such a "good" job Xfinity, and their website and systems seems like it was written by GPT or an outsourced software engineer.

I will file an FCC complaint anyway and will sue if it keeps doing this. It already wasted 4-5 hours of my time with stupid follow-ups.
