Sudden Increase to Monthly Bill

I just received my monthly Xfinity bill that increased from $40 to $86, more than doubled. I didn’t make any changes to my plan and I want to know why the sudden increase and how I can possibly get it back to the original rate.

Bill increases can be a hassle to deal with, and we're sorry to learn that you're having this unfavorable experience. Our team of Billing gurus would love to research this for you.

 

Have you compared your last months bill with this new bill and see if your promotion expired? Do you have our amazing Xfinity App? When you sign onto the Xfinity App using your smartphone you can click on the purple box that says Manage Billing. From there it is going to take you to our Total Balance page, if you scroll to the bottom it will give you your statment history right there you can click on the new months invoice and the previous one and compare your bill and see if the promotion has expired.

 

If your promotion did expire you can go online to Xfinity.com and look at the available promotions to you once you log into your online account.
