Sudden change in internet rate
Hello,
As appears to be a common experience among Xfinity customers, I was hit with an increase of more than $40 on my upcoming monthly bill for Xfinity fast internet.
As far as I can tell, my household received no advance notice of this change, and I'm confident it isn't connected to the expiration of any promotional deal. In my 3+ years of being an Xfinity customer, there have been a few small issues, but nothing like this has ever happened without warning.
I've appreciated the help I've received on these forums before, and I'd rather not deal with the hassle of seeking out a cheaper internet provider, so I'd like to know if there are any avenues I can explore for getting my charges back to a more reasonable rate, or if this is out of my control.
