Sudden bill increase

My August bill was $95.00 and my September bill was $144.00. Why is the reason for the increase?

Hello user_15mr0c! Thanks for being a Xfinity customer and for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums for help with the account. I know how alarming it can be when you see an account increase like that. I have a feeling that a promotion on the account ended, causing the services to move to non-promotional price. It's easy to see when a promotion is set to end on your monthly statement. You can open the statements online if you do not receive monthly statements by mail. On the third page at the top left you will see a breakdown of the services and promotional details along with the end date. Does the statement list that a promotion ended?

Ok thank you Paula. With paperless bills these days, it’s easy to miss this stuff.

@user_15mr0c Yes, it is. Did you check that billing statement? You can look on www.xfinity.com or your Xfinity app.
