Submitted notice of dispute form for incorrect billing amounts monthly, Unauthorized charges, deceiving Customer support reps
I have submitted a notice of dispute form for being overcharged each month for a promotion plan of $40 that I have not been receiving since start of service in December,31,2025. I have been lied to by customer support representatives on chat on resolving my issues and adding credits that only increase the bill amount the following billing cycle. As of today, my services have been suspended due to non payment. I'm refusing to pay the bill since nothing has been done about charging me more than I signed up for. I have already made multiple payments that were too high and since I'm not receiving any responses and resolutions I don't trust Xfinity at this point. Until, my account is properly investigated and the promotion of the $40 a month, guaranteed not to increase monthly has been applied from the start of service of 12/31/2025. I will escalate this issue as far up the chain of command as I can take it. So please respond back to me immediately and restore my services until the dispute investigation is completed.
