Student iPad Promotion – Unexpected Cellular Charges

Hi! I’m reaching out about an unexpected charge on my account. When I set up a new Xfinity WiFi account for my student housing this summer, I took advantage of the student savings promotion that included an iPad. At the time, I was told that the iPad also came with free cellular service as part of the promotion.

I don’t actually use cellular service on the iPad; I only use it at home while connected to WiFi. However, I recently noticed that I’m being charged $25 per month for the cellular service.

Since I understood the cellular service to be included for free when I signed up, I would like to cancel the cellular service so I’m no longer charged the $25 monthly fee. I’d also appreciate it if you could review the charges that have already been added to my account and see if they can be refunded or credited, since I was told there would be no monthly charge for this service.

Thank you so much for your help!
