Student Discount

Why after years of trying am I still not being allowed to change my plan to include student discount or the government benefits help?

Hey there, user_ug1qsk! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I do apologize for the frustrations with making the change with the student discounts. With our student program, it would be required to be a new customer and existing customers would not be eligible to sign up. We would be happy to look into any available promotions with you if you wish. If you want to go over options, please send us a DM to get started.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "
Direct Message icon” 
(upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
