Student Account Information
Hello,
I started my comcast service online and picked up the items in store. I selected a student account with the 1GB of internet speed and it was advertised that I would receive a visa gift card for doing so. However, I have heard nothing about this since being signed up for the first two months. How was I meant to receive it? Thanks for the help in advance and have a great day.

Hi, @user_e80cdc. I can definitely understand wanting that gift card. I know that's a good amount of money especially when you are a student.
With any gift card offer there are a few requirements to be met, typically they include keeping the account in good status, as well as keeping the package for 90 days. If it's only been 2 months that's likely why. It usually is 14-16 weeks as a turn around time. Can you confirm when you started the services?
