Student account billing

Hi! I signed up for a student xfinity plan for $15 a month and paid $15 my first payment, but I just noticed that my charge for this month is $30. I wanted to know why I my bill increased, especially because it’s double the plan I signed up for.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
