Struggling this month.. not sure if I can ask fr an extension or how can I get my service back on as it was due today 4/20. :(

We really need our WiFi on and my payments from my small business on Etsy don’t come into my card until later this week. Our internet is off now because it was due today and the card has not loaded with my transfer from Etsy.com yet. Is there any type of assistance or extension I can get without any extra charges or changing my plan? Thank you so much... hope I can figure something out soon.
