Storm outage 2021

Hi Xfinity customer service, 


Please help look into may account for we didn't have internet for 3 days :

Feb 15th, 2021

Feb 16th, 2021

Feb 17th, 2021


Please see if I am qualify for the outage credit for those 3 days.

Good morning, tom89101, and thank you for taking time out to reach out to us through our Communities Forum recently! I'm sorry to see that you were impacted by the adverse weather in your area this past week. Living in the Pacific Northwest, we have been lucky so far this year to have had extreme weather, but no interruptions to our services! That said, we have about a month left, so fingers crossed!


Can you tell me if your power was also out during this time, resulting in the loss of your internet connection, or did you maintain power through those three days?
