Stop charging this card

I bright my son in with me to pay my bill and he made a transaction while I was there doing it, and more you keep charging his card FOR MY ACCOUNT!! He canceled his card and we have removed it multiple times before then. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE!
