Stonwalled

Xfinity failed to honor an extension of the extension I have it all it was 5 more days. Now I'm getting stone walled to pay past due balance to talk to a rep what is this?
I even saved the transcript of them approving it, they never said my services would be cancelled.

I have my own stonewalling issue that I need your help with. At least two tickets were created to supposedly address the issue, but they were closed the same day without comment or resolution. I was then told to email Xfinity (but no email address was provided) or visit a local Xfinity store. On the second store visit the assistant manager shared his email address with me, and he has assured me that my concern was forwarded to someone else in management (name or email address not disclosed). After multiple follow up emails, I have still not heard a thing three weeks later. Long term Diamond customer getting jerked around by a company I have not disdained until now.
