Stingray qel removal

Xfinity I do not approve of adding this to my bill. Maybe it's will be better if I cancel my Xfinity entirely.  There is no reason for you to add something.  I've been a customer since before my marriage of 20yrs. I recently looked over my bill and noticed you have added an extra way of milking more money out of my account. I still remember there was a three account charge of phone, internet, and TV for$99. Since then it's double.  I played asking for years but this is enough.

Stingray Qello is a concert streaming service. Did you or someone use the app to watch something? That may have triggered a subscription.

Hello, @user_2081784. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have definitely reached out to the right place for assistance. When placing an order with an agent, you would need to approve a change with an order approval. Stingray Quello is an On Demand channel that you can watch concerts, and can be added through a X1 set-top box if parental controls aren't set up. If you need to, you can set up a pin at anytime: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-parental-controls-turn-on-off.

You can remove the Stingray Quello channel at any time by going into your X1 set-top box and following the steps outlined on this article : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/subscribe-unsubscribe-from-isvod.

If you are still needing help please let me. Since I would need to gather some information we don't want to discuss in a public conversation I would need for you to send a DM.
