Still waiting on refund since November

I successfully ported all six of my mobile lines from Xfinity to AT&T in November 2024. Xfinity said I did not have to cancel service as it is automatic. Xfinity continued to charge me through auto pay and did not cancel my service. It took many calls starting with customer service canceling my auto pay. Next, I continue to be charged and then started getting Notifications of owing them money.
Xfinity did admit to a technical glitch on their part as no one had ever seen before. It took another couple months for them to actually cancel my service and lines with them, even though I was already using them for months with AT&T. I had to call every month to get that month charges taken away. I also kept trying to get paid back for the month that went through auto pay. Every time I call, they need to research it. They give me claim and file numbers. They agree that they still owe me $125.34. They tell me the refund will be processed. I was told I was finally getting a credit refunded to my credit card immediately, but I still didn’t get it.
